We desire to inspire you and inspire ourselves. In order to be different, we regularly ask “how are we doing things differently?” We push ourselves to be “Fresh”  because we want to challenge and then change the status quo while we bring ideas to life.

Whoever has the most fun wins.

FreshWorks is a place where politics don’t fit in, but you do. You love good food and appreciate intellectual diversity along with the interesting conversations that make our unified team feel like a family. We are always flexible unless it means sacrificing great experiences or great relationships.

You want to be at FreshWorks (at least partially) for personal gain and to make money. We all are. But you also want to work on something that might outlive you; something that matters; you want to leave a legacy. It’s pretty easy to consider your work meaningful and see the lives that are impacted by it. You could make money elsewhere, but the recognition for doing interesting work is harder to find.

We genuinely desire to improve lives and empower people. Specifically through technology and innovation because that stuff is pretty neat. We come here to grow a little every day through challenging work and embracing the uncomfortable because that means we’re learning.
